Something Worth Noting
Is a savoury bagel. Sweet bagels with jams and raisins come our way most of the time. I mean yeah, I've had those hardened Sainsbury's 4-for-GBP1 Onion Bagels with cheese spread and "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" (one word F.A.T., I know). But this is like a worth-noting-ly good poppy seed bagel, spread with a dollop of generous cheese, feta-like texture, but not precisely as likely in taste- something fabulous nevertheless, and just the right amount of greens to make it look generously overloaded and fresh. Topped with THE ELEMENT OF THE DAY, salmon, smoked, I believe. Unimaginably excellently combined, a few bites had me ready to face a day that started at 4 a.m..... considering Bagel Street that housed it was in, of all places, Heathrow Airport ;)
